Sales Hub implementation

A Sales Hub implementation your reps will actually use

We set up HubSpot Sales Hub around the way your team sells: pipelines with exit criteria, products and quotes, sequences, meetings, playbooks and a reliable sales forecast. With or without an existing CRM, and connected to your ERP if you invoice from another system.

Before we configure

A pipeline isn’t a list of stages. It’s an agreement.

Most of the Sales Hub portals we audit don’t fail because of the tool. They fail because every stage means something different to every rep. For one, “Proposal” means the offer has been sent; for another, it means the first meeting happened. With stages like that, the sales forecast is guesswork.

So we start by agreeing with sales leadership on what has to happen for a deal to move forward: exit criteria, required data, who signs off a discount and when a deal is marked as lost. Then we translate that into Sales Hub with required properties per stage, automatic tasks and probabilities that reflect how you really close.

And we design around the rep’s working day: fewer clicks, everything from the deal record, and email and calendar connected so activity is logged automatically.

When we’re done you’ll have

  • Pipelines with exit criteria agreed with sales leadership
  • Quotes generated from the CRM with products, discounts and your branding
  • Sequences and tasks that structure every rep’s follow-up
  • A sales forecast by team and period you can stand behind
  • Reps trained on their own deals, not on a demo

Why Vexco

Sales Hub built for the people who sell, not just the people who report

01

We start with your sales process

Before creating a single stage, we sit down with sales leadership and with the reps. What gets configured is your sales method, documented and signed off in writing.

02

Quote and invoice without retyping

The same team that configures Sales Hub builds the integration with your ERP. We already do it with Holded: when a deal is won, the invoice is created from the quote’s line items and its number comes back to HubSpot.

03

Adoption is a project goal

We trim views and records down to what each role uses, train on your own deals and review usage over the first few weeks so we can course-correct early.

04

Diamond Partner with public reviews

We’re a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner, certified in Frictionless Sales and Sales Enablement, with a 4.9/5 rating in HubSpot’s official directory.

What sales directors tell us

Nobody believes the sales forecast.

We define exit criteria per stage and realistic probabilities, and we separate what the rep estimates from what the pipeline says. The forecast gets reviewed with data in the weekly meeting.

Our reps note everything in a notebook, not in the CRM.

We connect email and calendar so activity is logged automatically, cut fields down to the essentials and bring the day’s tasks into a single place.

We write proposals in Word and then copy them into the ERP.

We build products and quote templates in HubSpot and, where needed, connect your ERP so the order or invoice comes straight from the accepted quote.

Every rep follows up in their own way.

We set up sequences and playbooks based on your sales method so everyone follows the same steps without losing their own voice.

New business, renewals and resellers are all mixed together.

We split pipelines by sales motion, each with its own stages, permissions and reports, plus a consolidated dashboard for leadership.

We pay for Sales Hub Professional and use half of it.

We audit the portal, switch on what fits your process (sequences, forecasting, playbooks) and tell you honestly if you have seats you don’t need.

FAQs

What clients ask us before we start

How long does a Sales Hub implementation take?

Between 4 and 8 weeks in most cases. If you need to migrate from another CRM or connect Sales Hub to your ERP, the project can run to 10-14 weeks. We work in phases so your sales team starts using it before we finish.

Which Sales Hub edition do I need: Starter, Professional or Enterprise?

Starter covers pipelines, simple quotes and basic follow-up tools. Professional is usually needed for sequences, playbooks, sales forecasting and automation; Enterprise for custom objects, complex team structures or advanced permissions. We recommend the lowest edition that covers your process.

How much does a Sales Hub implementation cost?

It depends on the number of pipelines and teams, the state of your data and whether there’s a migration or ERP integration. After the free audit we send you a fixed-scope proposal by phase, with scope and price in writing.

Can you migrate our data from another CRM?

Yes. We migrate contacts, companies, deals, activities and products from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Odoo, Clientify or spreadsheets, and fit them into the new pipeline without losing their history.

Can Sales Hub be connected to our ERP?

Yes. We build integrations with Holded and other ERPs so that, when a deal is won, the order or invoice is created from the quote’s line items and the billing details flow back to HubSpot.

What does Breeze add to Sales Hub?

Breeze Assistant helps summarise records, prepare for meetings and draft emails, and some Breeze agents, such as the prospecting agent, research accounts and suggest outreach. Availability depends on your edition and HubSpot credits; we only switch it on where it saves real work.

How do you get reps to actually use it?

By keeping it simple: views and records with only what each role uses, connected email and calendar, tasks in one place and training on your own deals. In the first few weeks we review usage with sales leadership and adjust.
