HubSpot support and RevOps
An optional monthly service for when the project ends: we manage your portal, keep your data clean, build new automations and reports, and train new joiners. Your HubSpot evolves at the pace of your business.
After launch
In the first month everything fits. Then come new sales reps, a different business line, another campaign, a price change or one more tool to connect. If nobody looks after the portal, the data gets messy, workflows start contradicting each other and the reports stop adding up.
RevOps (revenue operations) is the discipline that aligns marketing, sales and service around the same data and processes. Our HubSpot support applies it every month: we set priorities with you, deliver in weekly sprints and show you what has changed.
It doesn’t replace your team; it complements it. Your marketing and sales leads still decide what’s needed; we bring the HubSpot technical expertise, development capacity and an outside perspective on the data.
Scope
You set the priorities; we propose improvements and deliver them.
Why Vexco
The same team answers a how-to question, rebuilds a report or fixes an integration. You don’t need a different supplier for each thing.
If we did the implementation, migration or integrations, there’s no learning curve. If not, we start with an audit.
We work from a shared backlog ordered by impact: first whatever brings in sales, saves hours or improves the data.
We’re a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner rated 4.9/5 in HubSpot’s official partner directory.
How it works
A simple, transparent process, with no tickets lost in a queue. You always know what we’re doing, why, and what comes next.
If we don’t know your portal yet, we start by reviewing data, automations, integrations and reports.
We collect requests and proposed improvements in a list prioritised by impact, visible to you at all times.
We agree with you what goes into the month, based on the contracted hours and business priorities.
We work in weekly sprints and show you the changes before switching them on in production.
We go over what’s been done, CRM usage and data health, and propose the next improvements.
Problems we solve
We pick the portal back up, review what has fallen out of use and adapt it to how you work today.
We build dashboards that update themselves and answer leadership’s questions.
We clean and deduplicate, and set up automatic rules and required fields so it doesn’t happen again.
We train every new joiner on your own process and keep the guides up to date.
We monitor the integrations, retry errors and alert you before they affect invoicing.
We act as your admins: users, permissions, properties, pipelines and HubSpot updates.

RevOps, or Revenue Operations, is the function that brings marketing, sales and service together around the same data, processes and tools. In practice it means a well-managed CRM, consistent automation and reports leadership can trust.
Portal administration, data health, new automations, reports and dashboards, training, and monitoring of integrations and custom developments. The split between these tasks changes every month according to your priorities. Requests go into a shared backlog, and anything urgent, such as an integration that’s down, jumps the queue.
It mainly depends on the monthly time you need, the number of Hubs and users, and whether there are integrations or developments to maintain. We propose a monthly fee based on what we see in your portal and adjust it if your needs change.
No. Support is optional: at the end of each project we hand over documentation and training so you can carry on by yourself. If you do sign up, the support terms are set out in writing in the proposal.
Yes. We start with an audit to understand how it’s configured, identify risks and priorities, and from there we work just as we do with any other client.
HubSpot support answers questions about how the tool works. We work on your configuration and your business: we design and build automations, reports and integrations tailored to you.
A point of contact in your company to prioritise requests, access to your HubSpot portal with the necessary permissions and, to review results, some time each month with the people who make sales and marketing decisions.
