Cookie policy

Which cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, what they are for and how you can manage them.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This is a translation for information purposes; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy applies to the website vexcosolutions.com, owned by Soluciones Digitales Vexco, S.L. (“Vexco Solutions”), tax ID (CIF) B44978617, and is based on Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and on data protection legislation.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They make it possible, for example, to remember your preferences or find out how the website is used. There are similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), to which this policy also applies.

2. Cookies we use without asking for your consent

We only use, without consent, the technologies that are strictly necessary for the website to work and to remember your cookie choice:

  • vx_consent_v1 (local storage, first-party). Stores whether you have accepted all cookies or only the necessary ones, so we don’t ask you again on every visit. It is kept until you delete it from your browser or change your choice. It contains no personal data.

3. Cookies we only use if you accept them

HubSpot analytics and marketing

If you click “Accept all”, we load HubSpot’s tracking code, which sets third-party cookies to measure visits, understand how the website is used and associate your browsing with any forms you submit. If you choose “Necessary only”, they are not loaded.

  • hubspotutk (HubSpot, analytics and marketing). Identifies your browser to recognise your visits and associate them with the contact if you submit a form. Duration: 6 months.
  • __hstc (HubSpot, analytics). Records the date of the first, previous and current visit and the number of sessions. Duration: 6 months.
  • __hssc (HubSpot, analytics). Counts the pages viewed in the session to determine whether it is a new visit. Duration: 30 minutes.
  • __hssrc (HubSpot, analytics). Detects whether you have restarted your browser in order to identify a new session. Duration: until you close the browser.

HubSpot may set other technical cookies of its own. You can see the full, up-to-date list in HubSpot’s cookie documentation.

Meetings calendar

On the contact page you can book a video call using a HubSpot calendar. That calendar is not loaded when you open the page, only when you click the button to open it. From that point on, HubSpot may set its own cookies, which are necessary to display the calendar and record your booking and, where applicable, for analytics. If you do not want them to be set, you can email us at javier@vexcosolutions.com to arrange the meeting.

4. International transfers

HubSpot, Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Data transfers arising from its cookies are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can find more information in our privacy policy.

5. How to change your settings

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page. The notice will open again so you can choose between “Accept all” and “Necessary only”.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop loading HubSpot’s code, but any cookies already set will remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them. To delete them, or to block cookies in general, you can use your browser settings:

Please note that if you block all cookies, some features, such as the meetings calendar, may not work properly.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If you have any questions, email us at javier@vexcosolutions.com.
