HubSpot partner in Dubai: implementation for UAE companies

If you are looking for a HubSpot partner in Dubai, choose one that will map your sales process before touching the CRM, integrate HubSpot with the systems you already run and work in your time zone. Vexco is a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner rated 4.9/5 in HubSpot’s official directory, with a team of 4 people in Dubai that serves UAE companies and European companies expanding to the Gulf, and with consultants and developers in the same team.

This guide covers what to ask a HubSpot consultant in the UAE, what Gulf companies usually need from their CRM and how we deliver projects between Dubai and Europe.

What a HubSpot partner in the UAE should do for you

A HubSpot partner audits how you sell and serve customers, designs the data model, configures the hubs you need, migrates your data, integrates the CRM with your other systems and trains each team on its own cases. At the end you should own a CRM your team uses every day, plus documentation, admin access and the code of every integration.

What a partner should not do is sell you the top edition by default or configure screens before talking to the people who sell, invoice and support customers.

Our Dubai team: who we work with

Vexco was founded in 2023 and has grown to more than 200 clients and 15 professionals, according to the local newspaper Diari de Sabadell (May 2026); today we are 19 people, 15 in Barcelona and 4 in Dubai. Spain accounts for 60 to 70 % of our activity; the rest comes from Southern Europe, mainly Italy and Greece, and from our Dubai team.

10 %of our activity already comes from our Dubai team (Diari de Sabadell, May 2026)

In the UAE we work with two kinds of company:

  • UAE-based companies that need to implement HubSpot properly, clean up a portal that grew without structure or migrate from another CRM.
  • European companies expanding to the Gulf that want their UAE team in the same CRM as headquarters, with their own pipelines and reports but a single view of every customer.

For the second group, the usual mistake is to open a separate portal for the new market “to keep things simple”. A year later, nobody knows which customers are shared, reports have to be merged by hand and every automation exists twice. Extending the existing portal with teams, pipelines, permissions and a second currency for the UAE is almost always the better starting point, and it is far cheaper to decide before the Gulf team starts logging deals.

How to choose a HubSpot consultant in Dubai

  1. Check the official directory. The HubSpot Solutions Directory shows each partner’s tier, certifications and verified client reviews.
  2. Ask for integrations like yours. Implementing Sales Hub is not the same as syncing listings from property software or connecting an ERP. Ask for concrete examples, not logos.
  3. Find out who does the work. In-house team or subcontractors? Who joins the weekly calls?
  4. Look for consulting and development together. If the project includes integrations, the person who maps your process should be the one who builds the connection.
  5. Ask what you keep. Documentation, access and integration code should be yours when the project ends.

What UAE companies usually need from HubSpot

WhatsApp at the centre of sales

In the Gulf, much of the sales conversation happens on WhatsApp. If those chats live only on salespeople’s phones, the company loses the history when someone leaves. We have connected WhatsApp to HubSpot through conversation webhooks so every exchange is logged against the right contact and deal.

Real estate and property portals

Real estate is one of the sectors we know best. In Spain we sync listings from property software into HubSpot’s Listings object with change detection, turn portal enquiries into contacts and deals through email parsing and publish developments with one click from the record. The same patterns apply to the portals and tools an agency uses in Dubai. More on our real estate page.

Several currencies, entities and languages

Many UAE businesses quote in dirhams and other currencies, operate through more than one legal entity and sell to clients from many countries. HubSpot supports multiple currencies, and the data model has to decide early which entity owns each deal and how revenue is consolidated for management.

  • WhatsApp
  • Property software and portals
  • Stripe
HubSpot
  • ERP or invoicing system
  • Website forms
  • Google Calendar

Time zones and remote delivery between Dubai and Europe

The UAE runs on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year, so it is two hours ahead of Spain in summer and three in winter. In practice that leaves most of the working day in common. Since 2022 the UAE public sector has worked Monday to Friday, and many private companies have aligned with that week, which makes scheduling with Europe much easier.

  1. 01Kick-off and key workshops in person
  2. 02Architecture signed off in writing
  3. 03Weekly sprints delivered remotely
  4. 04Demo in the overlapping hours
  5. 05Role-based training and go-live
Fig. 3 How we split in-person and remote work on a UAE project.

We work in four phases: audit, architecture, build and adoption. A Sales Hub or Marketing Hub implementation typically takes 4 to 8 weeks; projects with large migrations or several integrations, 10 to 14. Every sprint ends with something your team can see and test, and every decision is documented, which matters even more when people work across countries.

Migrations and data protection

If you are moving from Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo or spreadsheets, we plan the migration with dry runs before writing any data and a cut-over that does not stop sales. See our CRM migration service for the full process.

On data protection, the UAE has a federal Personal Data Protection Law, and free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes; European companies also remain subject to the GDPR for their EU data. We configure consent, lawful basis and subscription types in HubSpot, but which rules apply to you is a question for your legal advisers.

Why companies in the UAE work with us

  • Senior in-house team: you talk to the people who configure and build.
  • Consulting and development together: custom objects, UI Extensions, private apps and signed webhooks when standard features are not enough.
  • Multilingual: English, Spanish, Catalan and Italian, useful when headquarters and the Gulf team speak different languages.
  • Real international experience: HubSpot’s published case study on Lexidy, a legaltech firm we advised, describes its expansion from one to six countries with HubSpot at the core.

FAQs

What clients ask us before we start

Do you have a presence in Dubai?

Yes. Vexco has a team of 4 people in Dubai that already accounts for around 10 % of our activity, and our main office is in Sabadell, near Barcelona. Projects combine in-person sessions for key workshops with remote delivery in weekly sprints.

How do you handle the time difference with Europe?

The UAE is on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year, two to three hours ahead of Spain depending on the season. That leaves most of the working day in common, so we schedule workshops and weekly demos in the overlapping hours and build in between.

Can you help a European company set up HubSpot for the Gulf?

Yes. We usually extend the existing portal rather than create a new one: teams and pipelines for the UAE, a second currency, English communications and permissions so each region sees what it needs, with a single view of every customer.

Which languages does your team work in?

English, Spanish, Catalan and Italian. Workshops, documentation and training for UAE clients are delivered in English.
